OUR POLICIES

At Hessle Hair and Makeup, we have a few policies in place to protect us as a business and also you as our customers.

Booking Fee policy

All appointments booked with us will require a non-refundable booking fee which will be deducted from your appointment on the day. The amount of booking fee will depend on which treatment you are having and how long your appointment is. Booking fee's are transferable to another appointment as long as this is done before 48 hours. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Please try give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. We understand in some circumstances this may be a problem and we will be understanding in certain circumstances. If you cancel your appointment before 48 hours, booking fee will not be lost and you can transfer it to another appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours the booking fee will be lost and you will be required to pay 50% of the appointment cost as we will be unable to fill this appointment in a short period of time. No shows will be charged at 100% treatment price and you will not be able to make another appointment with us until the balance has been paid.

Patch Tests

Please note patch tests are required to be carried out at least 48 hours before appointments. Please book a patch test in when you book an appointment or please pop in at least 48 hours, Unfortunately we do not allow disclaimers so if you do not show up for a patch test your appointment will be cancelled. Services that need a patch test are : Colour services, Lash extensions, HD brows, Hd browsculpt, Brow tint, LVL lashes, Filler dissolving. 

NEED TO CANCEL?

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee.

TARDINESS

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Hessle Hair and Makeup and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
